Palmyra Town Clerk is an elected office with a four-year term. Mrs. Unterborn also serves as Town & Village Registrar, Tax Collector, and Notary Public.

The Palmyra Town Clerk's Office provides a range of licensing, registration, and information services. In addition to the services listed above, the office also provides:
