The Palmyra Town Clerk's Office collects Wayne County Water and Sewer Authority (WCWSA) payments as a courtesy to Wayne County residents.

Any questions with regards to billing, hookups, or any other water services should be directed to WCWSA, (315) 986-1929.

The Town Clerk's Office cannot collect payments for Village of Palmyra water and sewer. Village of Palmyra residents should direct all water payments and billing inquiries to the Village Clerk's Office at (315) 597-4849.
