Minutes
At the annual meeting of the Board of Town Auditors held Tuesday Febry. 23, 1886
Present Henry R. Durfee Supervisor

Wm. H. Bowman 2nd Town Clerk
Thaddeus Philip Commissioner of Highways presented his report which upon examination was accepted and ordered placed on file – his report with vouchers accompanying same shows a balance in the hands of the commissioner of $80.39
Henry R. Durfee Supervisor presented his report which was examined and approved
D.P. Gamble Overseer of Poor presented his report with vouchers accompanying same which upon examination were found to be correct.
Gifford H. Post presented report of money collected by excise commissioners.
On motion of S. N. Sawyer, seconded by M. C. Finley it was resolved that the sum of one thousand dollars ($1000.) be raised for the support of the poor for the ensuing year.
On motion board adjourned to Tuesday March 2, 1886

At the Annual Town Meeting held in and for the Town of Palmyra on Tuesday March 2, 1886

M. C. Finley & Wm. H. Bowman having become disqualified by reason of canvassing during the election.
Coles A. Seeley was appointed Clerk Pro Tem.
Board formed an organization with A. R. Gamble as Chairman who at 8:45 o’clock declared the polls open and a proclamation made that they would close at 5:30 P.M. at 12:30 o’clock meeting was called to order and the different Town Officers presented their reports which on motion were accepted and adopted by vote of the meeting – Supervisor made report in regard to Lakey Suit.
We the undersigned Justices of the Town of Palmyra do hereby certify that the following named persons were duly elected to offices set opposite to their respective names.
