At the annual Town Meeting of the inhabitants of the town of Palmyra held pursuant to adjournment at the public house occupied by WP Nottingham in the Village of Palmyra on Tuesday the 6th day of April 1841.

Voted – That three assessors and four Constables be chosen for the ensuing year--
The following persons having received the greatest number of votes are declared duly elected to the several and respective offices for which they are respectively named Viz:

Voted – That the Supervisor be and hereby is directed to procure a legal standard for weights and measures for this town.
Voted – That the Board of Supervisors of this County are hereby authorized to cause to be raised by tax on this town the ensuing year Five Hundred Dollars in addition to the sum now allowed by law to pay for constructing or repairing roads and bridges in said town.
Voted – That this meeting stand adjourned until the first Tuesday of April next then to be held at the public house now kept by Asa Lilly in the Village of Palmyra at 9 o’clock A. M.
