At the annual town meeting of the inhabitants of the town of Palmyra held pursuant to adjournment at the Stone School House near Hiram Fosters on Tuesday the 2nd day of April 1839.

Voted – That three assessors and three constables be chosen for the ensuing year –
The following persons having received the greatest number of votes are declared duly elected to the several and respective offices Viz:
