At the annual town meeting of the inhabitants of the Town of Palmyra at the Presbyterian Meeting House in the Village of Palmyra, Tuesday, April 7th, 1829, present Alex R. Tiffany, Ambrose Salisbury, and William Willcox, Esquires, Justices of the Peace of said town and Inspectors of the meeting.
Voted that Ambrose Salisbury serve as Supervisor for the year ensuing.
Voted that Marlin W. Willcox serve as town Clerk the year ensuing.
Voted that William Parke, Lyman Reeves, and William Rogers, Jr. serve as Assessors the year ensuing.
Voted that Truman Heminway serve as Collector the year ensuing.
Voted that George Culver, Zebulon Reeves, and Benjamin Cole serve as Commissioners of Highways the year ensuing.
Voted that Hiram Foster and Wells Anderson serve as Overseers of the Poor the year ensuing.
Voted that William M. Bayard, Thomas P. Baldwin, and Lewis Foster serve as Inspectors of Common Schools the year ensuing.
Voted that James Hubbell, Pomeroy Tucker, and Ambrose Grow serve as Commissioners of Common Schools the year ensuing.
Voted that four persons be chosen to serve as Constables the year ensuing.
Voted that Truman Heminway, William B. Cooke, Homer B. Williams, and Merret Sherman serve as Constables the year ensuing.
Voted that the following persons serve as Overseers of Highways for the several districts for which they are respectively chosen:

Voted that the town raise $6.44 for the purpose of paying Dan Treat for a tax illegally assessed and collected from said Treat.
Voted that the sum of $4.72 be raised for the purpose of paying Lindon Burr for a tax illegally assessed and collected from said Burr.
Voted that the sum of $1.72 be raised to be paid to Truman Heminway for a tax assessed to Josiah Drake.
Voted that the several persons chosen as Overseers of Highways serve as Fence Viewers the year ensuing.
Voted that this meeting stand adjourned until the first Tuesday of April next, then to be opened at this place at 10:00 a.m.
