Record of the survey of a public highway beginning in the center of a public highway running north and south about 30 rods east of William Thayer's southwest on the division line between said Thayer's and Richard Dillingham's, 96 rods, thence west on the division line between Jeremiah Smith's lot on the north and Levi Howell's on the south 94 rods, thence north on said Smith's land 35 rods, thence north 5 degrees, west 50 rods, thence north 16 degrees, west 34 rods, thence north 10 degrees, west 16 rods, thence north 5 degrees, east 28 rods, thence north 15 degrees, west 80 rods. The south line of No. 13 in the 3rd Range where it meets a public highway.

Record of the survey of a public highway beginning in the center of a public highway leading north and south by Thomas Hamilton and on the division line between Thomas and Joseph Hamilton say(?) east on said 70 rods to the west line of Isaac Edy's land, thence east 2 degrees, south on said Edy's land 62 rods to a certain beech tree marked H on the west side.

Record of the survey of a public highway beginning on the south line of a public highway where it turns up a hill near Thomas Cornwall's at a small brook, thence south 39 degrees, east 33 rods, thence south 38 degrees, east 58 rods, thence east 45 degrees, south 37 rods, thence south 42 degrees, east 12 rods, thence south 28 degrees, east 6 rods, thence south 18 degrees, east 18 rods, thence east 20 degrees, south 8 rods, thence south 12 degrees, east 14 rods to where it connects with the old road on the hill about 30 rods south of a school house.

Alteration of the following Road Districts made March 23rd, 1808.
1st: That part of District No. 17 from the north line of Lot No. 7 northerly to Lapham's mill on Mud Creek including the road running from said mill to said north line of Lot No. 7 added to District No. 14.
2nd: That part of the 9th road District or that road that leads from Gain Robinson's south to the town line added to the 1st Road District.
3rd: That part of the 13th Road District south of the center line of No. 12, 3rd Range added to the 14th Road District.
New Road District No. 19: Being the north part of the 12th Road District beginning on the center of the west line of Lot No. 51, thence west across No. 52, 53, 54, and 55, thence north to the town line.
No. 20: Being a part of Road Districts No. 9 and 18 beginning on the east line of No. 12, 3rd Range on the north side of the road near Jeremiah Selby's, thence on the north line of said road westerly to the west line of Webb Harwood's farm, including all the inhabitants living on said road, thence south across Mud Creek, thence southeasterly so as to include Noah Port's and David Warner's and to strike the road on the west line of Lemuel Spear, Jr's farm, thence east on the south line of said road to the east line of No. 12, 3rd Range and to include all the roads on the east line to the place of beginning.

1808: Record of the survey of division of the 16th Road District beginning at the southwest corner of Lot No. 10 in Township No. 12 in 3rd Range of Townships, thence north to the northwest corner of said lot, thence west to a road running north and south by Rufus Wells', thence north on the east line of said road to the north line of Rufus Wells' land, thence west to the town line, thence south to the corner of said town, thence west to the place of beginning being the west half of the 16th Road District now No. 21st. Made March 29, 1809. Entry of a certificate of commissioners of highways wherein it is certified that there remains in the hands of the Town Clerk $45.56 for the repair of bridges. Remaining in the hands of the supervisors $10 as will appear by File No. 2 and supervised by: Levi Ward, Noah Port, and James Reeves – Commissioners of Highways.
Made March 29th, 1809. Entry of a copy of settlement with the Overseers of the Poor. We find them indebted to the town by charging them $31. of license money which is now in the hands of the Commissioners of Excise $3.22
